We view green construction as much more than a trend and try to show our clients that sustainability makes sense not only because of the positive effect on our environment but because it decreases payback periods and life cycle costs. Cost savings are generated from reduced energy consumption, reduced operation and maintenance costs, reduced waste, increased productivity and improved health of the building occupants.

Regardless of whether or not a project is seeking a certification level, we incorporate environmentally responsible practices in our approach to each project because we have the ability to set an example as it relates to sustainable initiatives and environmental stewardship.

We are committed to sustainability and have many of our project managers currently working on obtaining the LEED AP credentials to better serve the cause of green building.
