AC Hotels Marriot & Element by Westin Hotel Coming Soon

RW Carlstrom is teaming with architect ISG and local investors for a significant hotel development project in downtown Mankato. The project will include a ten-story AC Hotel Marriot and a four-story Element by Westin Hotel, a courtyard area, underground parking, rooftop restaurant, and a connection to the civic center skyway. This development will be on the site of the Landmark Center and former City Center Hotel. Both vacant buildings will be demolished with construction to begin this fall.
